Your beautiful handmade shoes will be despatched to you by our fastest courier and you only pay one delivery charge per order, regardless of the number of pairs you buy.

Speed: Orders placed will usually be delivered within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends). Unfortunately we are not able to offer weekend delivery.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

UK Returns & Refunds

Where sure you’ll completely satisfied with your new shoe, but if your not for whatever reason, we offer you a 14 day return policy.

In the unlikely event your goods arrive faulty, please return your shoes to us in a saleable condition. The shoes must be returned unused and in their original, undamaged packaging.

When trying on shoes, the protective layer on the sole of the shoes must not be removed – if you remove this we may not be unable to accept a return.

We strongly recommend you try shoes on in a carpeted area and wear them for at least 1 hour before wearing them outside. Shoes with clearly damaged soles will not be accepted back by us.

How to return your shoes

If you have mislaid your Returns Form, please download a replacement one here.

Please note: you will receive your refund credit within 21 days of the item(s) being received back at our warehouse. An email will be sent to confirm that we have processed your return.

Royal Mail Return

Just follow these simple steps to return your item via Royal Mail:

  1. • Ensure you return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be returned unused, in their original, undamaged packaging.
  2. • Email to advise us that you are returning your item(s).
  3. • Complete the returns form enclosed with your item(s) and place the completed returns form in the parcel.
  4. • Send the parcel back to us at: Petite Shoe Boutique, 47 Daylesford Drive, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE3 1TW.
  5. • We strongly recommend that you use registered post, recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery from a reputable carrier, retaining the receipt until you have received credit for the returned items. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.
